I nearly called this post “Nano doesn’t happen” in reference to last week and my lack of progress on that other thing. But then again let’s stay with the positive and the weight-related.
So I pretty much knew I’d lose back the gain. I wasn’t sure it would be this much and I am wondering about the battery in my scales again, though last time I thought that it turned out not to be that.
I’ve got a weekend away coming up so it’s nice to be a little ahead of the game. My goal is to have at least a flat week (no gain) which means sticking to the regime now and being sensible over the weekend. I know I always say that but this time I really am going to do that.
