So I stuck the diet during the week and although I allowed myself a little leeway (possibly too much) at the weekend I kept up the exercise. This seems to have worked as I’ve lost all the weight I put on last week plus a little more. I’d like to keep that up for another week or two, but I’m cautiously happy.
