NaNoWriMo
I’m making my second attempt at NaNoWriMo. My first attempt was in 2006 and I lasted precisely four days when my laptop died and I retired hurt.
This time I hope to finish. I may update this page with more details. I have a title and a vague idea but it may well change.
Update 4-Dec-2008:
Well I didn’t finish. In fact I gave up a few days in. I guess I kind of freaked out with the pressure of it. I could talk a lot about the whys of that but the short version for now is that I just decided to concentrate on short stories. I’m not sure I’ve got novel-length ideas at the moment.
There’s always next year.
